About UPH/FSBP Services

  • At JBLM we strive to create an inclusive environment that cultivates the development and training of Soldiers and Airmen. The Army and the Air Force recognize that the management of Unaccompanied Personnel Housing (UPH) facilities is critical to a Service Member’s development process. UPH is a personal residence and we strive to provide a modern, functional, well maintained and comfortable home, as well as promote pride, professionalism and personal dignity.
  • UPH is provided for unaccompanied Soldiers E5 and below and for unaccompanied Airmen E4 and below with less than 3 years of service.
